Q3: When do tickets go on sale?
A: Tickets launch August 25, 2025. Early Bird pricing will be available until September 15, 2025 (or until sold out)
Q7 What lodging options are available?
A: For the ultimate immersive experience, the Deluxe VIP package includes lodging in one of 10 exclusive rooms at Bent’s Opera House (each room accommodates two guests). These are extremely limited and available only to Deluxe VIP ticket holders.
For other accommodations, Medina offers charming nearby stays:
Hart House Hotel – boutique charm right across the street from the venue.
Comfort Inn & Suites Medina – a modern, comfortable option just minutes away.
Q1: What is Luminara: A Fantasy Ball?
A: An immersive, celestial-themed fantasy ball set in a glowing realm—where moonlit elegance meets fae court enchantment. Guests are invited to embody mystique and magic under stars that whisper secrets.
Q2: When and where will Luminara take place?
A: Luminara will be held January 17, 2026, at the historic Bent’s Opera House in Medina, NY. This enchanting venue blends Victorian charm with modern comforts—perfect for a night of fantasy. General Entry can enter at 7:30pm. Early Access and VIP can enter at 4:30pm.
Q4: What should I wear?
A: Attire should blend formal elegance with fantasy flair: think moonlit velvet, crowns of moss and crystal, or black-tie looks with whimsical touches. Dress to shimmer—this is your night to step into a dream.
Q5: What can I expect during the event?
A: Expect a fae-inspired ambiance, curated music, atmospheric lighting, and enchanting experiences throughout the night—likely including live performances, immersive decor, and plenty of magical photo moments.
Q6: What about winter weather concerns?
A: Bent’s Opera House is ready for a January gathering—heated sidewalks for safe walking, a complimentary coat room for your winter layers, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere inside. If the weather causes road closures and inhibits travel, the event will be rescheduled for another date at no extra cost to guests.
Q8: Will there be parking?
A: There is a plethora of parking available around Bent's Opera house including street parking, lots, and more, all within walking distance of 5 minutes or less.
Q9: WILL THERE BE ALLERGY AND VEGAN FRIENDLY OPTIONS THROUGHOUT THE EVENING?How is dinner handled for the VIP?
A: Yes! Bent's Opera House offers high quality food including allergy and vegan friendly options. Throughout the night, hors d'oeuvres will be served in addition to a substantial charcuterie board. VIP's will be given a $60 gift certificate to use at the Harvest restaurant to order what they desire for their meal.

Q10: Is there an age requirement?
A: Yes - the Luminara event is 21+ and we will be checking id's at the door.
