Q4: When do tickets go on sale?
A: Tickets launch February 16th, 2026. Early Bird pricing will be available until February 26th, 2026 (or until sold out)
Q7: Are there lodging options nearby?
A: Yes. Nocturnal takes place in the heart of downtown Rochester, with several hotels within walking distance or a short ride from Harro East. Nearby options include the Hyatt Regency Rochester and Hilton Garden Inn Rochester Downtown (both just steps away), as well as the Hampton Inn & Suites Rochester Downtown and the boutique-style Inn on Broadway a few minutes away.
Q1: What is Nocturnal: A dark Fantasy Ball?
A: Nocturnal is an immersive dark fantasy ball where darkness, decadence, and magic collide. Step into a candlelit realm filled with costumed guests, roaming characters, live performances, and immersive experiences designed to make you feel like the main character for the night.
Q2: When and where will Nocturnal take place?
A: Nocturnal will be held October 30, 2026 at Harro East Ballroom in Rochester, NY. 155 N Chestnut St, Rochester, NY 14604
General Admission doors open at 7:00pm.
VIP Early Entry and Deluxe guests may enter at 5:00pm for early access experiences.
The night concludes at 11:00pm.
Q5: What should I wear?
A: Formal fantasy or elevated Halloween attire is strongly encouraged. Think dark fae, gothic royalty, witches, vampires, celestial beings, or elegant black-tie with a fantasy twist. This is your chance to go all out and step fully into the world of Nocturnal. Please keep your weapons at home!
Q6: What can I expect during the event?
A: Expect an immersive evening filled with dramatic décor and candlelit ambiance, live entertainment and performances, interactive roaming characters, dancing, unique vendors and immersive photo moments, themed cocktails, and curated food—Nocturnal is designed to feel like stepping into another realm for the night.
Q9: Will there be parking?
A: Harro East Ballroom offers complimentary parking which totals in around 150 parking spots. There is also additional paid parking nearby.

Q10: WILL THERE BE ALLERGY AND VEGAN FRIENDLY OPTIONS THROUGHOUT THE EVENING?How is dinner handled for the VIP?
A: Yes. The venue will offer a variety of food options, including selections that accommodate common dietary needs.
Q3: Is there an age requirement?
A: Yes - Nocturnal is 21+ and we will be checking id's at the door. Those without proper ID will be turned away without a refund.
Q11: Are tickets refundable?
A: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable
